Data Management Service

We compile mailing lists from a variety of sources, including corporate filings, public records, national directories, direct mail surveys, and multiple databases. All lists are up-to-date and meet or exceed both industry and post office standards.

Mailing list quality and cleaning services

Make sure that your data is working for you. We offer services to get ensure your mailing data meets the standards set by New Zealand Post, not only to ensure that you get the highest discount, but that it also reaches its intended recipient.

Over 400,000 New Zealanders move each year and we can help keep you in touch with your customers by updating your database against the NZ Post Change of Address file. Other services include removing prospects who have registered on the Marketing Associations Do Not Mail list and flagging deceased recipients. We also offer a full range of deduplication, case correction and data cleansing services.

Once your data is squeaky clean and ready to go we can issue a Statement of Accuracy (SOA) to verify it meets NZ Post requirements, saving you money on your postage.

Once printed, we have a variety of finishing equipment to complete your mail pack and get it into the post. We have automated inserting machines that will verify each piece and insert it into an envelope quickly and cost effectively. If it is something tricky like a premium pack for a VIP customer then we have a team of production professionals to hand form it. No matter what your needs or challenges we have a solution

Film wrapping

If you have direct mail creative you want to look its best we can help you with high impact seamless wrapping, with a perforated strip to make it easier to open. If you have a magazine or brochure you want to get out as cheaply and quickly as possible we can help you with that too.

We also understand that there is a growing awareness of environmental issues, so we offer degradable film options. We also have other ideas on providing premium quality mail packs without plastic wrap or a premium price so drop us a line.
